Navigating the In-Between: Building Resilience Through Change
A workshop that helps teams develop a grounded relationship with uncertainty, change, ambiguity, and transition.
The Challenge
Organisational change is no longer a periodic disruption. It is the permanent state of many workplaces. Restructuring, shifting strategies, new technologies, and evolving roles ask teams to perform while the ground keeps moving beneath them.
The psychological cost of chronic uncertainty can show up as anxiety, disengagement, conflict, and the quiet loss of meaning and motivation.
The Workshop
Navigating the In-Between helps individuals and teams develop a genuine relationship with uncertainty. Rather than teaching people to manage change as though it were a problem to solve, the workshop works with the lived experience of being in the middle of something unknown: discomfort, loss, possibility, and agency.
Using expressive arts, somatic grounding practices, movement, and storytelling, participants process their personal relationship with change, identify the resources they already carry, and leave with renewed orientation and capacity.
