Cognitive tools alone — time management workshops, productivity frameworks — cannot address what is fundamentally a physiological and emotional depletion.

The Workshop

Unplug & Reset works directly with the nervous system. Using somatic practices, guided movement, breathwork, and expressive arts, participants learn to recognise their personal stress signatures, discharge accumulated tension held in the body, and build a personalised toolkit of regulation practices they can access anywhere: at their desk, between meetings, or at home.
